Please note: if you have made a return, the refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of the purchase and will take place within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package by the brand.

Due to the SSL encryption process of Stripe, at no time Revibe will be in possession of your bank details.

Revibe guarantees each purchase during its transit period until the delivery address you have indicated. We require a signature upon receipt of all products, after which the responsibility for your purchases passes to you. Please note that if no signature is required, then you agree to our terms and conditions and give Revibe permission to leave your package(s) outside of the specified delivery address without obtaining a signature as proof of delivery. Please be aware that in this case, you take full responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur.
